Biz to Biz Discount Criteria
1. The Member must be in good standing with the Chamber.
2. The Biz to Biz Discount will not be limited to one business category.
3. The Biz to Biz Discount must be approved by the MRCC staff.
4. The Member will provide the proper format for the website installation of the discount item and will cover any costs to needed to modify.
5. The Biz to Biz discount is subject to a quarterly review by the Affinity Committee. The Committee has the right to terminate the partnership at any time for any reason.
6. There is no cost to the member to post the discount.
7. The posting will run for 60 days. The member may repost as many times as they would like.
8. The Member may post more than one discount at a time.
The Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) member warrants that the use of the Biz to Biz Discount by the member will not violate any law, regulation or infringe upon the rights of any other party including without limitation, contractual rights, intellectual property rights, publicity and privacy rights. The member agrees to indemnify the MRCC and hold MRCC harmless from any claim, demand, liability or expense including reasonable attorney fees arising out of, or resulting from the use of the Biz to Biz Discount Program with the MRCC. The MRCC in entering this program with a MRCC member, shall not be liable to the member or any third party for incidental consequential, special, or indirect damages of any kind and the member shall hold the MRCC harmless and shall indemnify the MRCC from any claim or demand by any third party involved in the Biz to Biz Discount program
