There are many ways you can enjoy a wonderful day of golf, clinics, tennis, and help support this worthy cause by either purchasing sponsorship packages, a journal ad, or by golfing, taking a lesson, playing tenns, and/or attending our Humanitarian dinner.

The Caduceus Sponsorship - golf, cocktial reception, dinner for eight (8), 18 hole sponsorship, full page journal ad, special recognition in electronic journal at dinner, (4) caduceus awards, and (4) Jet Blue round trip travel vouchers. Banner at The Clubhouse. Dinner Sponsor.

The Asclepius Sponsorship - golf, cocktial reception, dinner for four (4), 9 hole sponsorship, full page journal ad, special recognition in electronic journal at dinner, (2) Asclepius awards, and (2) Jet Blue round trip travel vouchers. Banner at cart entry. Cockail Reception Sponsor.

The President's Club- golf, cocktail reception, and dinner for four (4), 9 hole sponsorship, full page journal ad, Lunch Sponsor.

The Double Eagle Club - golf, cocktail reception, and dinner for four (4), 9 hole sponsorship, and 1/2 page journal ad.

Golf Package - golf, cocktail reception and dinner for one (1), full page journal ad, $100 in raffle tickets.

Dinner Package - cocktial reception and dinner for one (1), full page journal ad, $100 in raffle tickets

(Golf Clinic and Tennis can be substituted for golf in sponsor packages, but must be decided upon registration)

Minimum of 25% of net proceeds will be donated to The Valley Hospital Foundation.
