SNS Architects & Engineers, PC has been providing Architectural and Engineering Services to industry and government for 50 years. Our experience is varied and includes the design of academic facilities, corporate headquarters, commercial office buildings, retail facilities, research laboratories, parking structures, hospitals, institutional facilities, manufacturing facilities, warehousing and distribution centers.
The office has a technical and administrative staff of 30 persons which include registered and graduate architects, professional engineers, CADD operators and various other technical support personnel. The in-house capabilities include master planning, architectural design, interior design, civil/site engineering, structural engineering, construction drawings, CADD, specifications and administration of the construction contract.
Professional services offered by the firm encompass all phases of a project from programming, space planning and development, conceptual schematics, preliminary design, working drawings and specifications through the administration of construction contracts and project completion.
Projects are national in scope, with services provided in conjunction with competitive bids, construction management, design build and fast track construction procedures.
The firm is responsible for the design completion of over 40 million square feet of various facilities throughout the United States.
Our clients include Corporations, Developers, Financial Institutions, Banks, Asset Managers and Colleges and Universities. Many of our buildings have received awards for architectural design excellence.
